WELCOME TO PERFORMANCE FITNESS AEROBICS!
We provide
a staff of certified, professional and experienced aerobic
instructors who want to help you get in the best shape of your life.
Our classes are both fun and challenging and are designed to
give you a total body workout.
Our goal is to
provide you with a high-quality personal aerobic experience.
If you are just beginning to get in shape or if you looking
for a new fitness challenge, we have a variety of classes designed
for you. Our instructors will
be available before and after each class to assist you.
We want to help make personal fitness a gratifying part of
your lifestyle.
Rondie Wilks
Fit 4 Life – a 12-week active weight loss program combining whole foods eating with interval training (additional cost required). Fit 4 Life Advanced – a 12-week follow-up program to “Fit 4 Life” with more advanced training (additional cost required) Core -N- More – a high intensity cardio workout combined with 30-minutes of core training for abs and back. Boot Camp – a high-intensity workout combining step, jumping, and kick-boxing. It’s a Stretch – this is not a cardio class. This class is designed to increase flexibility and core strength through a combination of yoga and pilates. Step it Up – a high to low intensity cardio class using step and interval training. Kick It – a high to low intensity cardio class using kick boxing techniques. Members’ Choice – members rule. The majority chooses.
