Performance Fitness offers a variety
of aerobics conditioning classes, FREE to our members. These
include Pilates, Step, Kick Boxing, Aerobics, Core-N-More, Boot
Camp, Stretching and others to compliment all aspects of your
physical health.
Personal Training
Not everyone is looking for the same things in their personal
fitness goals. Here at Performance Fitness, we offer
programs specifically designed to help you achieve your
goals.
Gain muscle, lose weight, tone and shape,
increase endurance or simply stay fit, we can design a program just
for you.
Strength training
Performance
Fitness
offers a full complement of top of the line Cybex Eagle strength
machines and Hammer Strength plate type workout stations.
Additionally, we offer free weight equipment which is used by top
college and professional sports teams.
If you are looking for more intense
training, we offer Sport Specific training programs to help you
reach your goals in relation to the sport you in which you
participate – and desire to excel. Jump higher, run faster, hit
further. Our programs can help you grow as an athlete.
Weight Management :: Diet Counseling
Utilizing
our vast knowledge gained from years of experience, our weight
management program mathematically calculates your caloric needs and
is geared to balance exercise and diet, in order to maximize weight
loss and fitness gained. Our Personal Training sessions are
designed around your goals for weight loss.
Martial Arts Classes
In addition to conventional exercise methods, we also
offer internationally accredited instructors in the discipline of
the Martial Arts. Our programs target different age groups from 4
years and up. These include open hand and feet techniques, sparring,
and effective self-defense measures.
