Program Design is for people that are comfortable with using all of the equipment in the gym and just want their routine laid out for them.
With children starting athletics at such
young ages it is becoming more and more competitive. The NSCA
(National Strength and Conditioning Association) allows children as
young as seven years old to start resistance training. This is also
the prime age to start learning proper running mechanics.
Participants in our sports conditioning program will learn skills to
improve their speed, agility, strength, power, and vertical jump.
They will learn how to apply these skills to their specific sport.
Times and space for the group session are very limited so call to reserve your space to day. Sports Conditioning Program Design: 2 months $200.00 Program design is for athletes that understand all the drills and exercises and just want their program outlined for them.
