Performance Fitness Center Winter Speed and Strength Camp

Did you know we have the only sports conditioning program in the area? The key to being a great athlete is speed, agility and explosive power. These skills can be developed with hard work and training. Participants will learn how to improve their speed, agility, strength, power and vertical jump. They will learn how to apply these skills to their specific sport. Let our professional staff train your child.

Program Design is for people that are comfortable with using all of the equipment in the gym and just want their routine laid out for them.

 
Sports Conditioning

With children starting athletics at such young ages it is becoming more and more competitive. The NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) allows children as young as seven years old to start resistance training. This is also the prime age to start learning proper running mechanics. Participants in our sports conditioning program will learn skills to improve their speed, agility, strength, power, and vertical jump. They will learn how to apply these skills to their specific sport.
